Bycsa
The technology of organic phosphating by immersion in a single stage and the drying prior to painting at room temperature is a process led in Colombia by Bycsa, offering various advantages for the process and environmentally sustainable.
It is a one-step process under a chemical reaction of the substrate, forming a crystalline layer of phosphate that does not require drying at high temperatures, as it is cured at room temperature between 4-7 minutes, saving energy and evaporating fluids leaving a final coating of resinic base suitable for subsequent application of organic coatings.
This process does not require rinsing, dissolving and eliminating oils and fatty contaminants by means of the phosphating polymer, and does not leave residues, eliminating the occurrence of discharges in compliance with the Colombian standard, according to Environmental Resolution 0631 of March 2015.
This process can be carried out in different metals, allowing to treat at the same time aluminum substrates, galvanized, coll rolled, hot rolled and electrogalvanced.
