Colombia. The Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (Colciencias) appointed Rodolfo Bayona, CEO of the Orbis Group, as advisor to the National Program of Science, Technology and Innovation in Engineering. This title will be shared with four other representatives of the productive sector for three years.
Bayonne's role will be to assist the entity as an advisor and consultant in the orientation and coordination of the sector's policies. The recognition was granted thanks to the contributions made by the executive as a representative of the industry, in terms of development and promotion of innovation.
"The need to innovate is a priority for the Orbis Group, this recognition exalts the work and effort that we print in the improvement of our processes from each unit of the group. It is an invitation to continue working day by day to offer better solutions," Bayona said.
