Brazil. Antonio Carlos de Oliveira has held the Executive Presidency of Abrafati since April 1. The association explained that this appointment is the result of a careful succession process conducted over the last 12 months, which ensures the continuity of sectoral development and the evolution of Abrafati's programs and initiatives.
Dilson Ferreira played a key role in this transition process and will continue to lend his competence to ABRAFATI, as Special Adviser to the Presidency and member of its Advisory Board. "Having led several important projects aimed at the development of the ink value chain and transformed Abrafati into a reference in various aspects throughout the 18 years in which he was its executive president, Dilson has invaluable knowledge and experience to continue on that upward trajectory," says Freddy Carrillo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abrafati.
Antonio Carlos has a history of dedication to the sector and to Abrafati, of whose Board of Directors he was president, and of relevant achievements at DuPont Performance Coatings and Axalta Brazil, where he held management positions and was in charge of challenging projects. "With that, it meets all the conditions to do an excellent job, helped by the competent Abrafati team and by the values that guide the action of the Association. We thank Dilson for his enormous contribution and wish Antonio Carlos success in his new roles," said Freddy Carrillo.
