Colombia. Bycsa S.A, announced that it has created its new Strategic Business Unit called "Powder and Coating", which aims to present to the market a complete line of products for surface preparation, prior to painting, starting from Amorphous Phosphate and Microcrystalline Phosphating to the new technologies of Organic Phosphating and Nanotechnology, which have optimal performance in different types of metal substrates.
These treatments allow to obtain anchor surfaces for the different types of powder paints marketed in Colombia, guaranteeing compliance with adhesion standards, corrosion resistance, among others.
In particular, Bycsa's organic phosphating process allows, during pre-treatment, to handle a single step that saves energy, water, physical space and reduces discharges to sewerage networks and emissions into the atmosphere.
