Mexico. A total of 122 painters, 100 advisory sellers and 35 counter sellers obtained in 2012 the Comex Certification that recognizes them as professionals in their work and highlights their skills in the development of their activities.
The Certification also has the endorsement of the Secretary of Public Education (SEP) and of Knowing and training painters in topics such as preparation, surface finishing, in addition to the use of brushes, brushes, sprinkler equipment and safety. In addition, it offers the painter information about quotes and customer service.
As reported by the digital newspaper Corresponsales.com, in 2011, Comex received recognition by the Ibero-American Network of People Management for Sustainable Competencies and Organizations and the previous year was invited to Uruguay to present the certification model as an example.
In 2013, the Mexican painting company has budgeted to certify 250 painters, 60 consultative sellers and 300 countertop.
