Africa. After almost a year of preparation, the multinational company Fenchem reported that it will create a new office by the end of this year, as well as a warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This project joins the three offices that the company already has in operation in the United States, Malaysia and the Czech Republic. "Especially for the coatings business, with the help of overseas offices, Fenchem has prepared for the two important potential markets of Southeast Asia and Africa," the statement said.
In recent years, Fenchem analyzed the needs of emerging customers in Southeast Asia and Africa, during the North African Coatings Congress held in Morocco, where they found a good response from customers in products such as nitrocellulose, cellulose ether, hydrocarbon resins, among others.
Due to the characteristics of local markets, such as language and policy, Fenchem hopes to establish new relationships with distributors to explore potential markets together.
