Germany. Dr. Hans-Joachim Müller, member of Clariant's executive committee, decided to leave the company on June 30, for personal reasons, for that reason, his responsibilities were transferred to other members of that committee.
Müller was appointed as a member of the executive committee in July 2011. His responsibilities included the areas of environmental safety and healthcare, innovation excellence, and the catalysis and energy services business unit, emulsions, detergents and intermediates, and petroleum and mining.
Until 31 March 2012, he was a member of the board of directors of Süd-Chemie AG in Munich, where he was responsible for all Süd-Chemie operations since 2011.
