Maguire
The Maguire Loader Lift is a system that accelerates changes of work or color for gravimetric mixers installed with loaders mounted on the hopper cover.
This system reduces changeover time by lifting the hopper lid at the push of a switch, providing easy access to ingredient trays without the need to remove the chargers that feed them. Maguire designed the trays to be removable.
The Loader Lift comes in units for two of the most commonly used Maguire mixer models, the MicroBlender (up to 100 pounds or 45 kg per hour) and the MicroPlus (up to 350 pounds or 160 kg per hour).
Hopper trays are typically used for natural resin, recovered material, color, and additive.
