DSM
DSM presents to the market its new NeoCryl B-300 acrylic resin solid inert, which obtains better adhesion properties to plastic substrates. This product offers a wide margin in the formulation as it is easily soluble in a loose range of diluted monomers. It can be used in curable energy printing inks, overprinting varnishes and coatings.
It is also easily incorporated into existing systems and is compatible with a wide range of epoxy, polyurethane and polyester acrylates. Compared to inert resins, it allows the formulator to make the desired combination in the properties of the application.
In magnitude, 20% of this resin improves the adhesion of printing inks on difficult substrates and improves adhesion between layers of overprinted varnishes and coatings.
