Brookfield Engineering released new test accessories for use with the CT3 Texture Analyzer. One of them is the TA-STJ fixed test syringe, which allows manufacturers to obtain an accurate measure of the force needed when pressing or pulling the syringe from the cylinder. Many of the injectable products are now distributed in pre-filled syringes, which should allow good flow control during discharge.
