The directives of Cubrecol established on Tuesday, August 4, an important cooperation agreement with Camacol and its Board of Directors of the Construction Industry, which seeks to further position the technical and commercial event.
This agreement will have as its main objective to give the members of the companies affiliated to this association a discount of 10% so that they can be part of the contest.
Cubrecol, the most important event in the Andean countries in terms of paint application and corrosion control, will be held on September 17 and 18 at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center in the city of Medellín, Colombia.
Camacol, on the other hand, is the trade association in Colombia that represents the interests of the different actors in the construction value chain, in this sense it has affiliates to construction companies, industrial companies (construction inputs) and commercial companies, among others.
It should be noted that the 2009 edition of Cubrecol will be developed under four specific thematic axes: Corrosion & Metals, Architectural Applications, Industrial Applications, and Automotive Coatings & Repainting.
The sixth edition of Cubrecol also has the support of Ascor (Colombian Association of Corrosion and Protection), Star (Association of Andean Technicians in Coatings), Cesvi Colombia (Center for Experimentation and Road Safety), Fenalco and the Seine.
