The new state of the art of tomography technology allows to analyze the characteristics of surfaces in a fast and deep way, something fundamental in the development of coating systems for paper boards, cardboard packaging, wood, metal, plastic, concrete, etc.
The information collected includes high 3-D resolution and topographic views using non-destructive sample preparation and roughness measurements. Multiple samples can be recorded and compared quickly using various analysis modes. The information and the large amount of data are then used to solve problems, improving and developing the technology of the coatings.
