The new MicroPsi-Mix® small batch dispersion system to develop repeatable dispersions in the manufacture of coatings, medicines, mineral suspensions, pigments and dyes. This lab-sized version of the PSI-Mix® enables precise scaling of fine dispersions to meet the total production needs of coating manufacturers. The MicroPsi combines a new energy-saving dispersion method with integrated dust-free and emission-free operation. Coating manufacturers can process hard-to-pump suspensions, with low to high viscosities. The system works well with large liquid batches with high solids content and portions of low solids.
