WorléeCryl VP 7440 is a binder with high resistance to ethanol, even with exposure for several hours, resistant to chemicals and of greater hardness than WorléeCryl 7440 and WorléeCryl 7410, similar products but which require a greater amount of film-forming agent.
This product reaches a high final hardness in approximately 125 seconds, regardless of low minimum film formation temperatures at 14°C due to the built-in self-cross-linking mechanism. This feature leads to high chemical resistance, so the product can also be used in furniture.
In addition, finely divided dispersion also offers a particular property: films created with a 100 μm separation blade have a very high wet transparency.
This binder product is suitable for spray application and has a very high drying speed, depending on the selection of the solvent.
