TQC Sheen
The TQC abrasimeter is a universal test machine for checking the abrasion resistance of coatings on soda cans or flat materials. The alternating movement of the instrument mimics the abrasion damage that usually occurs during transport.
Beverage cans and other food containers are usually subjected to significant friction and scratching processes during transport, subsequently causing difficulty in their sale. This equipment allows tests to be carried out to check if the wear of the coating is due to the paint or the substrate of the can.
This equipment can be used in coating testing laboratories for quality control, both by the paint manufacturer and by the can manufacturer.
