Hoffmann Mineral
Sillikolloid P87 from Hoffmann Mineral is an additive for metal electrophoretic coatings that allows the lowest sedimentation, better edge covering and highest brightness.
Among its advantages are a small particle size, excellent dispersion properties, very low sedimentation and soft type, very low electrical conductivity, flexibility and potential for titanium dioxide reduction, especially in low density systems.
The Sillikolloid P87 puriss version also provides advantages for applications in products with very thin walls or membranes, for cases with high surface quality requirements, such as roller coatings, or if there are high dispersion requirements, such as compounds with a high oil content or profiles for automotives with a high rate of surface defects.
