Alphasense
Alphasense VOC sensors are capable of operating in environments where most electrochemical amperometric sensors exceed their capacity.
Traditional N-type metal oxides are affected by reference humidity, however, Alphasense sensors are able to detect them by having more stable baselines and very low moisture sensitivity.
These sensors detect VOC over a wide range with a detection limit of 10-50 ppb, depending on the type of VOC.
The line has three models designed for specific applications: for the detection of H2S at high temperatures (up to 120° C) for oil and gas applications; volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in low-cost IAQ applications; and CO detection for environments with extreme temperatures and/or humidity.
