Royal DSM introduces the new patented Uralac One Shot Matte OSM P8014 and P8019 powder coating system that offer better reproducibility and allow for lower cross-linking levels and curing temperatures than current alternatives.
These resins can be used for a wide range of industrial applications, can be cured for 10 minutes at 180°C or 20 minutes at 160°C allowing a lower carbon footprint in your application.
Additionally, Uralac OSM resins solve the common drawback of poor reproducibility for matte powder coating solutions, allowing the same finish to be more easily reproduced.
Finally, the new Uralac OSM HAA system also enables lower levels of crosslinkers than other current alternative systems, driving the profitability of this solution.
