The AquaFLON 178G from Shamrock Technologies is an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with wax, part of a complete line of PRODUCTS with PTFE, designed to give stability, fluidity and easy incorporation with water-based systems as additives to create resistance against abrasion.

Its recommended uses include architectural, commercial, industrial, dispersion, flexo, furniture and coatings for wood, inks and packaging. 

Its appearance is a viscous white fluid and its characteristics include the reduction of brightness, resistance to abrasion, wear and waterproofing, its use is recommended for clear and pigmented compositions between 1 to 5% of active solids of the total weight of the formula.
