The matting agents of Evonik's ACEMatt line are silicas developed for high performance in reducing brightness within a wide range of applications in the paints and coatings industry.
The ACEMatt line contains a wide variety of products differentiated in their morphology, particle size and treatment: among them is the ACEMatt TS 100 with water-based system, it is the best option for maximum clarity and with excellent packaging stability; there's also the ACEMatt OK 520, an excellent choice in both water-based and solvent-based systems.
On the other hand there is the ACEMatt 3600 solvent-based system, the best option for high clarity and stability without major impact on viscosity.
