Thinking of the manufacturers of coatings for wood and metal, Michalman presents new solutions to the market.
First up is Ecrothan 2020, a low-VOC, water-based acrylic-polyurethane dispersion used as a binder in the wood coatings industry and building paint formulations.
It combines the environmental benefits of a water-based solution with chemical, abrasion and scratch resistance; it also provides hardness and excellent optical qualities, including brightness, transparency, color depth and the improvement of wood grain.
On the other hand there is the ProHere A03010, also water-based and low in VOC, it is a direct-to-metal coating (DTM) with excellent anti-corrosive properties, good brightness and exceptional optical clarity.
It can be used as a single-layer DTM coating, as a base paint or top layer in multilayer systems. The ProHere A03010 is the latest addition to the family of industrial metal coating solutions that includes primers, top layers, DTM solutions, intumescent coatings and lubricants.
