International. Sun Chemical launched a new high-performance yellow-toned pigment that boasts the transparency of a vital benchmark to produce modern high-chromatic metallic red finishes.
This pigment known as Perrindo Maroon 179 has characteristics of excellent light and weatherproof, rigorous process and quality control, compatibility with water and solvent-based systems, and is easy to disperse.
"The robust and clean properties of the yellow hue of this high-performance pigment can provide confidence to the formulator that the coatings will be produced correctly the first time," said Scott Heitzman, Global Product Manager High Performance Pigments at Sun Chemical.
