International. After announcing the paint that keeps cars clean in the most adverse conditions, Nissan now introduced a new paint with the ability to absorb ultraviolet light in the day and shine about ten hours at night.
Known as Starpath, the great novelty of this type of paint is that it was developed using organic materials. The manufacturer is based on the implementation of a natural product extracted from the earth called strontium aluminate. Whose characteristics are that it is a solid, odorless and chemically and biologically inert material.
Should Starpath abandon its prototype phase and hit the market, Nissan says the paint will be effective for 25 years.
According to the manufacturer, the coating applied by sprinkler means a safety advance that would contribute to the reduction of traffic accidents at night.
