"The idea of the Latin American federation had already been maturing for some time, having been discussed on several occasions with the leaders of other countries. At Abrafati 2013, the presence of representatives of various associations made it possible to hold a meeting in which there was consensus on the need for a common forum of representation. From that moment on, the process began resulting in its creation," said Dilson Ferreira, Executive Chairman of Abrafati.
