Guatemala. The Mexican company, Comex, reported that it has opened five new stores in Guatemala, divided into the departments of Jutiapa, Chimaltenango, Jalapa, Esquipulas and Amatitlán, with which the company reached a total of 40 points of sale throughout that nation, reaching approximately 1.6 million people.
Additionally, as reported by the local media El Economista, Comex plans to launch, in the capital of the country, a school store for the training and training of its employees, with which it will continue working on its expansion plan within that country.
The expansion of Comex in Guatemala follows the acquisition of this company by the giant PPG Industries, increasing its range of products and services in central America.
