International. Fenchem's coatings department reported a 30% increase in the first quarter of 2014 compared to the same period in 2013. Driven by the businesses in cellulose and nitrocellulose products, which achieved the strongest growth.
"We are very pleased with our performance in the first quarter. We have achieved very good sales growth in Southeast Asia and in the Middle East market. It's encouraging to see a good fiscal start in 2014," said Jian Sun, sales director of the coatings division.
The company is recognized for the supply of raw materials, including nitrocellulose coating (VarnifmTM), cellulose ethers (CellueastTM), C9-C5 resins (ResinowTM), petroleum hydrogenated resin (Gardner color, 0-1#) and redispersible powder polymers. Our R&D team will support activities including analytical testing, product application and formulation development, restoration of coatings from Fenchem's industrial customers.
Fenchem has announced that it will present its raw materials for the construction and coatings industries at the American Coating Show in Atlanta, Esyados Unidos to be held from April 8 to 10 (booth #1932).
