Colombia. The World Group confirmed the integration of the companies Inproquim and Exdequin with which it seeks to strengthen the commercialization of its products in the national market.
According to the World Group, the objective of this integration is not to "thin" the commercial structure of the businesses, but to seek synergy from the most valuable parts of each company, to strengthen its commercial position reaching areas of the country where the companies did not have a strong presence, redesigning the concept of the point of sale and aligning commercial and logistics operations to make them more competitive.
"These integrations represent a very important effort for the different people and roles that participate in the process, to whom we recognize for their support and commitment to this important change," said Juan David Urrego, manager of Inproquim.
For this year, the project will migrate the work team to a single employer (Inproquim), will homologate a variable compensation system for the sales force, and will redefine the numerical strategy of customers, geographies and points of sale.
