Colombia. With the aim of increasing the training of its professionals, the World Group made an educational alliance with the Seine (National Learning Service). With this agreement, training actions in technical and technological aspects can be developed in a coordinated manner for all the dependencies of the institution.
This alliance includes training programs such as: Coating in architectural painting, technology in logistics, techniques for sales and attention of the point of sale, operation of forklifts safely, ISO Management System for internal auditors, customer service, preparation of surfaces for pre-finishes, textures and paints, business skills, work at heights, waterproofing, basic management of computer tools, planning, leadership, teamwork and motivation, occupational health and industrial safety, environmental management and solid waste management and good manufacturing practices.
During the four years of validity of the alliance, in addition to the employees of the World Group, other stakeholders of the organization such as painters, masters, contractors, suppliers and counter sellers of the Pintacasa, will be able to train in topics that are key to the operational processes of the World Group and will be part of the World University, an internal training program that seeks to develop the competencies and skills required by the Organization to achieve its objectives.
This initiative is of great relevance for the training of internal talent, as it allows the development of skills tailored to the needs of the Group, in a coordinated manner and optimizing budgetary resources such as teaching and learning environments. In addition, it will be possible to centralize in the SENA the training needs, taking full advantage of the educational offer of this entity.
