Colombia. An analysis carried out by the consulting company Brandasset Consulting (BAV), an international specialist in market studies, highlighted Pintuco as one of the ten most prestigious brands in the country in a list where other recognized companies in the banking, technology and sports sector stand out.
The consultancy placed the paint manufacturer in fifth place, after a study carried out among 2,250 people in Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali and Medellín, applied to 1,267 brands in 134 categories during 2013. There, when asking people which brands they perceived as prestigious (understood as something chic and with a very good reputation) Colombians highlighted Pintuco.
Bancolombia, Apple and Johnson & Johnson, led the preferences of people and are the most recognized companies in Colombia.
