Mexico. PPG Industries announced the distribution to Mexico of the Amercoat® brand of its Protective & Marine Coatings (PMC) division.
"We are pleased to bring to the Mexican industry solutions for color, sustainability and compliance with specific standards, which while allowing them to protect their assets, make it possible for them to save on maintenance costs," said Adriana Macouzet, president and CEO of PPG Latin America North.
PPG now markets the following products in Mexico, with technical service in the country:
• Epoxy coatings tolerant to Amerlock® surfaces, which protect steel and concrete structures.
• Dimetcote™ inorganic zinc primers, designed to protect carbon steel from corrosion.
• High engineering epoxy-siloxane coating PSX® 700, for marine and industrial applications.
