United States. Brookfield will conduct the Texture Testing and Analysis Hands-On Course using the Brookfield CT3 Texture Analyzer, an instrument designed to help manufacturers deliver consistent products.
The course, in English, offers attendees the technical training needed to get the most value from their CT3 texture analyzer.
Attendees will learn about techniques, methods and the industry know-how you need. Topics such as principles of texture analysis, correlation with sensory perception, texture instruments and accessories and an introduction to TexturePro software are included in the course. Attendees can also bring samples of test and discussion products.
