Colombia. The XXI National Congress of Corrosion and Protection confirmed the list of the different topics that will be handled from May 8 to 10 in the city of Pereira.
Among the list of topics for this edition are those of corrosion in refineries, in welded joints, bacterial, atmospheric, in concrete, at high temperature, marine; in addition to other topics such as integrity in the oil and gas industry, biometerals, tribology, failure analysis in industrial equipment, techniques for monitoring and inspection of corrosion, among others.
The Colombian Association of Corrosion and Protection (Ascor), organizer of the congress, in partnership with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technological University of Pereira will simultaneously hold the III International Congress of Integrity.
The values to attend this congress are the following (Colombian pesos): Students: $280,000, Professionals: $600,000.
