A definitive agreement has been signed by Sherwin-Williams to acquire Becker Acroma Industrial Wood Coatings, a subsidiary of AB Wilh, which would be effective as of the third quarter, as the transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals.Becker Acroma is one of the largest manufacturers of wood coatings for the industry worldwide and a technological leader in water, UV rays and other wood coatings. The company serves the carpentry, kitchen furniture, furniture and hardwood flooring sectors through its distributors.
