The second version of the American Coating Show began on Tuesday, April 13 in Charlotte, USA, with the presence of 328 exhibitors from 17 countries, who will be in a space of more than 20,000 square meters. Innovations in VOC control material, hydrophobicity, water-based paints and smart coatings are the main attractions of this exhibition that will go until next Thursday, April 15.In parallel, the American Coating Conference is held, a series of talks, discussions and tutorials related to UV radiation, corrosion protection, microbial control in paints, polyurethanes, smart coatings, among others. All this will be accompanied by an opening conference, led by Steve Sides, Vice President of Science, Technology and Sustainable Development of the American Coating Association.
