Latin America. On September 22, this training space will be held by the chemical engineer Lucía Santoyo Olivares, a technical expert in pigments.
The National Association of Manufacturers of Paints and Inks (Anafapyt), together with the Mexican Institute of Technicians in Paints and Inks (Monterrey section), as well as Química Rana de Monterrey and the company Metapol invite to the conference "Three key stages to achieve high performance in metallic pigments".
In the respective invitation to the event it is noted that metallic pigments are laminar flakes with physicochemical and functional properties. Among them are the geometry of the flake, the particle size, the distribution curve, leafing effect and not leafing, flip-flop, among others.
"To have a high performance during its formulation, it is essential to follow the recommendations for use; from the selection of solvents, resins, dispersants and agitation equipment, which are used during the stages of wetting, dispersion and stabilization", indicates the review of this exhibition.
The Nuevo León Industrial Club, located in the city of San Pedro Garza García in Mexico, is the place chosen to address this issue on September 22 at 20:00. In charge of it will be the chemical engineer Lucía Santoyo Olivares, technical expert in metallic pigments of Metapol.
Precisely, Metapol is a company located in Mexico City, specialized in the manufacture of non-ferrous metallic pigments for the industries of paints and coatings, plastics, textiles, inks and printers, handicrafts, metalworking and school and office supplies.
