Latin America. In partnership with Products Finishing Mexico, the company invites paint application professionals to a talk about the EcoDryScrubber system next Thursday, August 25 at 12 m. (local time).
Eco Dry Scrubber is the technological solution developed by Dürr for the separation of overspray in paint application booths. This dry disposal system has the benefit of not using water, nor chemical treatments for paint separation.
It does not require the use of pipes, pumps and coagulation pits, and is already installed and in operation in different plants in Mexico with proven results of energy saving and sustainable materials.
According to the company, the cleaning process of the EcoDryScrubber achieves a filtration of almost 100%, which allows an effective and direct recirculation of the process air, which entails energy savings, without the need for subsequent filtering stages.
Among the documented advantages of using the EcoDryScrubber system are a reduction of up to 30% less energy consumption in paint plants and 60% in the application of paint in the cabin; visualization of system control and monitoring using an HMI; low maintenance cost; reduced supervision and inspection times on the line, and easy replacement of consumables and spare parts.
This webinar is aimed at people with knowledge in paint application processes mainly for the automotive industry. The Technical Support Engineer at Dürr Mexico, Enrique Alejo Parra, who has collaborated in this company since 2000, will be in charge of it.
The engineer Alejo Parra has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) and is an internal auditor certified by the TÜV. In addition, Parra has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, and his professional development has gone through various engineering areas such as mechanical design, preparation of operating manuals for Dürr processes. He has also been a leader in training and training for paint lines.
