Axalta introduced patented technology that reduces process times and energy consumption

International. Axalta's patented Fast Cure Low Energy technology, when used as part of a complete system, reduces process times in professional workshops by up to 50% and reduces energy consumption by up to 70% while obtaining the best quality repair.

Adrien Schrobiltgen, Vice President for Axalta's finishing business in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, says: "There is nothing on the market that can match our Fast Cure Low Energy technology in terms of speed and performance. It offers the fastest overall solution, making the entire paint repair journey easier and more cost-effective for the shop, while never being included in the high-quality finish our end users expect from Axalta."

Based on Axalta's revolutionary internal chemistry, which uses both temperature and ambient humidity to speed up the drying process, workshops using the complete product system find the perfect balance between high speed and low baking energy consumption, while offering the highest quality finish, faster than ever.

Garages can also use this speed of performance to offer fast repair services that can increase their profitability.

This Fast Cure Low Energy technology is part of Axalta's commitment to offering innovative solutions to meet the needs of its customers.

Low-temperature drying not only offers workshops the ability to more easily repair temperature-sensitive electric vehicles or vehicles with heat-sensitive components, but also allows workshops that install energy-efficient sprinkler cabins to perform repairs of the highest quality.

This patented technology is offered by Cromax, Spies Hecker and Standox.
