International. Huntsman, through its Advanced Products and Performance Products divisions, presented its new solutions at the last ChinaCoat 2017 fair.
ARACool products from Huntsman Advanced Materials are designed to speed up the curing process between 0°C and 10°C, enabling coating formulators to innovate in anti-corrosion and protective paints. This new product series is suitable for oil and gas, marine, transportation and industrial maintenance applications.
ARACool products meet demanding regulatory requirements and end users can work efficiently even in harsh conditions. "The Huntsman ARACool product range combines low-temperature curing, long service life and low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions in a single curing agent, saving end users time and money. We expect the market to welcome the efficiencies offered by this new series of Huntsman products," said Thierry Perchet, APAC Marketing Director, Huntsman Advanced Materials.
Huntsman Advanced Materials also showcased Araldite epoxy resin and Aradur epoxy curing agent, water-based epoxy systems for coatings that offer very low VOC and minimize odor. Huntsman's high-performance water-based epoxy systems enable formulators to get the most out of epoxy, while meeting environmental standards.
