International. Sun Chemical has acquired Joules Angstrom U.V. Printing Inks, a manufacturer of UV printing inks for converters in the commercial, packaging and specialty markets.
"By combining the Pataskala, Ohio-based company's complementary product portfolio with Sun Chemical's full range of global resources, customers will benefit from the synergies between the two companies," the official statement said.
