Mexico. The National Association of Manufacturers of Paints and Inks (Anafapyt) will organize for September 27 and 28 the technical seminar "The Lean Manufacture", which will be held at the facilities of the association in Mexico City.
The seminar will be given by Raymundo Ruiz Infante, general manager of the company Metapol, who will emphasize the Lean system, it is a fully integrated system of quantity control, based on a solid quality, whose goal is the reduction of cost: the means, the absolute elimination of waste.
The syllabus includes talks such as Culture and lean organization, what is lean manufacturing?, what prevents us from being more productive?, review prior to a lean program, value mapping, lean tools, standardized work, problem solving, A3, among others.
