International. Arkema has announced a project to expand 30% of the production capacity of photocuring resins at its Nansha plant in China. The company explained that this new production line will in particular help meet the strong customer demand in Asia in the electronics, 3D printing and printing ink markets.
Arkema's Sartomer plant in Guangzhou serves the customer base across Asia in this fast-growing and growing market for curable UV inks, coatings and adhesives.
Arkema announces the construction at its headquarters in Nansha, south of Canton, China, of a new production line for UV, LED and EB (Electron Beam) photocuration resins, which should come online in early 2019. This new line will produce high-performance photocuration resins with innovative properties.
Sartomer's production centers and R&D facilities in Europe, Asia and the United States help customers benefit from high-quality technical support for tailor-made developments and local logistics response services.
These solvent-free resins are environmentally friendly, in particular complying with global standards for low-emission volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
