United States. Sun Chemical Corporation announced that it has acquired the assets and businesses of RJA Dispersions, LLC, since March 1.
Based in Hudson, Wisconsin, RJA Dispersions is a manufacturer of pigment particles and ultrafine dispersions for the digital ink market. It is mainly used for energy (UV) curing, eco-solvents and aqueous inks. RJA's full range of dispersions will join Sun Chemical's diverse product line of performance pigments.

This acquisition supports our strategy to continue expanding our global pigment business into high-value, sustainable growth product lines and markets."
RJA Dispersions will become part of Sun Chemical's Performance Pigments digital business unit, led by Peter O'Loughlin. As Chief Digital Officer, O'Loughlin will lead the integration of RJA Dispersions and will be responsible for the global growth of this business unit's combined product portfolio.
