International. Specialty chemical company Lanxess announced that it will present its product portfolio for the manufacture of coating materials at the European Coatings Show (ECS) 2017 in Nuremberg, Germany, which will be held from April 4 to 6.
Examples include benzyl products, the latest biocides and organic dyes. One of the highlights will be the new Bayferrox iron oxide pigments manufactured at the company's Ningbo headquarters in China.
With its Bayferrox and Colortherm series of iron oxide and chromium, Lanxess supplies a very comprehensive portfolio of inorganic pigments in more than 100 colours. The products largely satisfy customers' growing desires regarding color intensity, consistent color quality, ease of processing, and last but not least, worldwide availability.
The Rhein Chemie Additives (ADD) business unit will be showcasing its portfolio of water-based pigment preparations, Levanyl and Levanox. With an ideally proportioned pigment volume concentration, the inorganic dispersions of the Levanox series obtain excellent results in opacity, light fastness and resistance to weathering and chemicals. The excellent strength of these products means that they are mainly used in construction and coatings.
The company will also be presenting other high-quality biocide solutions and industrial chemical formulations.
