Axalta Coating Systems has been awarded by Daimler AG for its performance over the past year with the Daimler Supplier Award 2015 for the supply of high-quality paint materials to its truck and bus manufacturing lines.

The coveted awards in the Quality, Partnership and Innovation categories were presented by Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart, Germany, for the eighth time before an audience of around 450 guests.
The Daimler Supplier Award honors suppliers for delivering above-average performance and collaboration. Performance is measured in terms of quality, cost, delivery reliability and innovative strength.
The collaboration between Daimler and its suppliers is based on trust and open communication. It is a relationship that also includes compliance with sustainable business practices and is intended to create incentives for suppliers to continuously improve in both existing and new markets.
