Brazil. Angus Chemical Company announced the opening of a new Customer Application Center in Sao Paulo, with which it seeks to link local and regional customers to have their own technical service experience.
With this hub, the company hopes to accelerate application development and increase speed to market, ultimately helping customers' products and processes perform better.
"To help support our customers in Latin America, we are bringing a new, multi-functional laboratory to the region," said Vania Maringolo Buzatto, Angus' regional business manager for Latin America. "As Brazil's financial center, and the largest city in the southern hemisphere, São Paulo is a hub for innovation. Our primary goal is to help our customers achieve even better levels of product and process performance. The opening of our new center reaffirms our commitment to customers in Latin America, both locally in Brazil and throughout the region."
The centre features a multifunctional laboratory and a modern training centre, allowing customers to collaborate in person with Angus' technical experts. "We are committed to our customers, across market segments including life sciences, home and personal care and industrial specialties, including paints and coatings, metallurgical fluids and synthetic rubber," Buzatto said.
