Colombia. The Colombian Association of Corrosion Engineers (Acicor) confirmed the schedule of the next courses it carries out in partnership with Nace International on the subject of corrosion control and prevention, which will be held in Bogotá.
The CIP Level 1 (Coating Inspector Level certification) 1 course on technical and practical foundations for coating inspection work in steel structural projects will be held from August 24 to 29.
The CP4 (Cathodic Protection Specialist Certification) course, which focuses on the principles and procedures for cathodic protection design in a variety of structures of today's both galvanic and printing systems, will be held from September 14 to 19.
The third course confirmed by Acicor is Internal Corrosion for Pipelines – Advance (Senior Internal Corrosion Technologies Certification) deals with monitoring techniques and mitigation strategies required for corrosion assessment, will be held from October 5 to 9.
