United States. Lubrizol said it has commissioned a new hyperdispersing reactor at its facility located in Avon Lake, Ohio. The unit will be used for the manufacture of the raw material.
The launch follows the recent expansion of hyperdispersible production capacity in Europe. Taken together, recent actions in the United States and Europe will significantly increase Lubrizol's ability to produce hyperdispersants to meet growing global demand.
The addition of the new reactor also requires additional operating resources, increasing the number of employees at the Avon Lake facility by 5%.
