International. The automotive paint division for BASF in Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela has a new manager: andrés Arboleda Rincón, a 39-year-old professional who was working as a business manager for 3M.
The executive has had extensive experience within the sector with positions such as manager of protective and marine coatings of Sherwin Williams, manager of the industrial division of PPG, and had previously had work experience at BASF as coordinator of industrial coatings and sales coordinator, among others.
Arboleda studied business administration at the Externado de Colombia University, with an emphasis in Marketing Management, from 1999 to 2003.
"With great challenges come great opportunities, and this context will allow us to develop new strategies to strengthen our position with innovative launches and more aggressive marketing strategies," Arboleda told the portal comunicados.co
