Ordinary people rarely know what a water-based paint means, an epoxy paint or what can be done to prevent corrosion.
Recently I consulted one of the collaborators of INPRA LATINA about the use that could give to the paint for bathrooms and kitchen if he decided to paint the tiles of both with a view to a remodeling, and he explained why to use it and why not.
Really knowing the preparation aspects of a painting are not enough to really understand how they work, and if that happens when someone knows a little about the movement of the industry, imagine someone who does not know beyond that with a painting he gives color to a space and improves its appearance.
Knowing the name of a product does not say much, so it is essential to make known what the product is, what it is for, what it is used for and give the necessary tools to users to recognize the differences.
There is nothing more demoralizing than going to a warehouse distributor of construction materials and asking which paint is better among an offer of several brands and references, and being told: "Ah that's the same, what differs is the price. You decide according to your budget", and of course the customer is left thinking and chooses for the price, not for the performance of the product.
There are some companies that have been in charge of presenting their products on their web pages, allowing customers to play with them virtually and have a clearer idea of what they can do, but it is important to emphasize the characteristics of the painting and create communication channels that allow educating users.
