For simple, fast and non-destructive measurement of coating thicknesses on virtually all metals or only on iron/steel, HELMUT FISCHER introduces the MP0 series pocket gauges.
On the one hand there is the PERMASCOPE MP0 model, for the measurement of layers of non-ferrous metals (chrome, copper, zinc, etc.), as well as layers of enamel, paint, varnish or plastic coating on steel and iron. The device is particularly suitable for the highly accurate measurement of thinner layers.
And on the other hand there is the DUALSCOPE MP0, which based on the automatic recognition of the base material and the combination of both measurement methods (by magnetic induction and by eddy currents) with this universal device can be measured a variety of coatings both on iron / steel and on non-ferromagnetic metals and non-conductive substrates.
The devices have low influence of permeability, electrical conductance and geometry of the base material (curvature, thickness, etc.) and two LCD screens with backlighting for a comfortable reading of the measured values in all positions of the device, also on the head.
